Dan, thanks for the update! I’m checking out livewriter now, and I’ll post a comparison with BlogJet 2.0.10 soon. The thing I like most about using a client is avoiding the long pageloading times in WP.com. The bells and whistles are an added bonus that makes blogging a lot easier. I can’t believe I made 30 posts without a client. Its that much easier.

Since I wrote that post that you linked to I discovered Windows Live Writer which is the best blog client I have found. Notable features are:

- It downloads your blog’s design so it looks like you are editing your post in real time
- Allow you to drag-and-drop images, resize them (with resampling), and will upload and link to the original image.
- Allows you to edit pages in WordPress

There is more but those are the ones that converted me from Zoundry. I like it so much that I use Parallels on my Macbook to run Windows just so I can use it (Nobody has made anything near as good for Macs).
